Maybe you are needing help with the mental challenges of coping with a long-term physical injury that has either side lined your athletic career or even ended it. If you are an athlete, dancer or performer, much of your identity is likely wrapped up in your particular sport or activity. You may at times find yourself struggling with the complexities of this and even wondering who you are outside of your identity as an athlete.

As a former competitive figure skater, and someone who continues to find joy and meaning in movement and the mind body connection, I enjoy working with athletes, dancers and others in the performing arts.
