Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes even the strongest people need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. Everyone has a story to tell, hurdles to overcome and pain or suffering to bear. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, or any other issue, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow. As a relational therapist, I work with individuals to help them become authentic, real, adaptive and connected with themselves and the world around them. The safe space of psychotherapy can become a conduit for us to work together to create change and growth.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I obtained my license as a professional counselor in Oklahoma in 2013 and have over ten years experience in clinical work. I have long held a love for psychology, a curiosity about the human spirit and the mind body connection. As a former competitive figure skater I first became interested in psychology as a way to manage anxiety about athletic performance and that curiosity has continued to grow and evolve throughout my life.
