FAQs

What can I expect in therapy?

Therapy with me is relational, thoughtful, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to be curious, and less alone with what may feel painful, stuck, or difficult to carry.

Do I need to be in crisis to begin therapy?

Not at all. Many people begin therapy not because everything has fallen apart, but because something inside no longer wants to be carried in the same way. You do not have to wait until things feel unbearable.

What kinds of issues do you help with?

I often work with anxiety, relationship and attachment wounds, trauma, grief, life transitions, disordered eating, body distress, and the emotional shifts that can accompany perimenopause and menopause.

What is your approach to therapy?

My work is grounded in AEDP and informed by relational and psychodynamic therapy. I believe healing happens through insight, emotional experience, and the presence of a safe, attuned therapeutic relationship.

Do you work with adults only?

Yes. I work with adults 18 and older.

How do I get started?

You can reach out through my contact page to schedule an initial consultation or first appointment. I will be glad to talk with you about what brings you in and whether working together feels like a good fit.
